We capture high-quality, high-volume human movement data with rapid iteration cycles for AI robotics training.That means we collect high-quality POV (point-of-view) video data of everyday business tasks—from all industries and workplaces—so we can help train the next generation of AI.

**Overview**

We’re looking for a **Field Production Manager** to join **Mecka.ai** — someone who’s organized, personable, and proactive about making things happen in the field. This role focuses on coordinating and overseeing data collection shoots at our partnered business locations, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships between Mecka.ai and our partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit partnered businesses regularly to oversee active and upcoming recording sessions.
- Coordinate shoot logistics — including setup and on-site troubleshooting.
- Ensure all required footage and data are captured according to project standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with business owners and staff to ensure ongoing cooperation.
- Communicate daily with internal teams to report progress, share updates, and flag any issues.
- Ensure each site has the necessary recording equipment and personnel ready.
- Support with onboarding new business partners and preparing them for shoots.
- Track session completion, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain detailed records of each shoot.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy talking with people and building trust.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in field operations, production coordination, or project management is a plus.
- Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced environment (no two days are the same).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between business sites.

**Compensation**
- Base salary (to be discussed).

- Fluent in English.

- Comfortable with daily travel.
