Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various landscapes and gardens. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and the ability to use both hand and power tools effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Install and maintain landscape features such as pathways, fences, and retaining walls
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, etc.
- Familiarity with operating power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand and kneel for 6+ hours
- Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
