**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate counterbalance forklifts with expertise, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within the silo room.
- Utilize handheld scanners for inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and recording of stock levels.
- Maintain and operate the color sorter machine, contributing to the quality control process.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to guarantee safety and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, perform stock checks, and update records with high accuracy.
- Efficiently handle paperwork and data entry, maintaining precise records.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operations and achieve company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as a forklift operator, particularly with counterbalance forklifts.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and experience with color sorter machines preferred.
- Strong computer skills for effective data entry and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in dusty conditions without allergic reactions.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid forklift certification.
