Ralph’s Motorsports is seeking a motivated, performance-driven **Powersports Sales Manager** to lead our sales department while **actively selling units on the showroom floor**. This is a **commission-focused, hands-on leadership role** ideal for someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to close deals personally.
If you’re a proven closer who enjoys coaching a team while still working directly with customers, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth. This position is ideal for a sales leader who believes the best way to coach is by example and wants **uncapped earning potential**.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit and exceed targets
- **Personally sell new and pre-owned powersports units** as a backup to your sales team as part of your day-to-day responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - and help the team beat them
- Desk and structure deals, assist with negotiations, and help close high-value opportunities
- Drive unit volume, gross profit, and overall department performance
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM activity to maximize conversion rates
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience from greeting to delivery
- Work directly with Marketing to produce marketing ads and videos
- Manage daily showroom activity and customer flow
- Work with ownership on inventory selection, pricing, and merchandising
- Maintain strong follow-up standards and customer satisfaction
- Support promotions, events, and marketing initiatives that drive traffic
- Set the pace and example for professionalism, energy, and work ethic
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in commission-based retail sales, preferably in powersports or automotive
- Experience managing a sales team
- **Entrepreneurial management style** understanding team success is the key.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and generate personal sales
- Leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and commission-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong focus on procedure and processes
