**Position**: Product Management (Associate)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an ambitious and highly detail-oriented Product Management Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to building world-class products. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering teams, and key stakeholders to help shape the future of our product offerings.

**Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000**

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with VP of Product to develop and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product development decisions.
- Assist in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring clear communication with engineering teams.
- Help coordinate and manage the product development lifecycle, including timelines, releases, and post-launch evaluations.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and proposing data-driven product refinements.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment with business strategies.
- Monitor product performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, customer facing business analyst, or similar roles
- Great listener, especially in client meetings
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability to be able to process a lot of information and propose a solution that creates user value but also drives business value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience of writing PRDs (product requirement documents) with all the details necessary for Design, Engineering and Marketing teams
- Experience with at least one project management tool such as JIRA / Monday / Notion / Asana / Github Projects
- Deep curiosity in user experience design and competitive analysis
- A relentless work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving work setting
