**The Opportunity**:
Are you committed to a career in the commercial insurance business sector? Do you thrive in a busy, fast paced environment?

**In this role you’ll**:

- Manage policy renewals, policy changes and cancellations
- Assist in preparing underwriting submissions and client proposals when required
- Processes policies (new/renewals/endorsements/cancellations) or work with the central
- Processing department to produce documents
- Process binders, certificates and other documentation as required
- Create abeyances for payments, policy documents, quotes and follow-up on outstanding
- Reviews and forwards external policy documents
- Process payments, set up financing and/or work with the Account department to produce payment documents
- Ensure clients file is up to date with correct information (mailing, contact info, etc.)
- Support clients through the claims process and reporting new claims to the appropriate claims department
- Request and follow-ups with insurers and clients for outstanding information or documents

**Here’s what you bring**:

- 3+ years experience in Commercial Insurance
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Level 2 General Insurance
