RESPONSBILITIES AT HAND:
Establish cost estimates for projects.
Create Scopes of Work in accordance with Go AV standards.
Assign projects to Lead AV Technician; initiating the fieldwork.
Ensure all field work has been documented and uploaded to site specific files by the field staff assigned, ensure all required documentation (including safety documentation), and analytical has been reviewed and is correct.
Accurately track and manage project costs and reporting process

Provide monthly updates on projected targets and actual costs to the General Manager.
Complete monthly projections for current accounts/projects and forward to Billings and the applicable General Manager.
Prepare and review all billable work to be invoiced; work with the Controller to complete final invoicing.
Ensure the working alone program is implemented and open communication with field staff is available when field staff is on site.
Remain current with environmental legislation and regulatory updates, provide updated information as it becomes available to staff.
Participate in resource scheduling on a weekly basis.
Provide opportunities for mentorship, training and development of field professionals.
Review completed reports for accuracy and formatting.

Commercial awareness and sound business sense
Technical aptitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in outside customer service, or in a similar role and industry
preferred.
Energetic, ambitious, imaginative & tenacious.
CTS designation is an asset (not required)
Drivers license (class 5)
