We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in project management while gaining hands-on experience in mechanical contracting. You will work closely with senior project managers, assisting in planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects while learning the ins and outs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Support project managers/estimators in coordinating mechanical contracting projects from estimate to finish.

Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials and resources.

Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress, update reports, and identify potential risks or delays.

Maintain project documentation, contracts, and compliance records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a Journeyperson certificate in related field

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Eager to learn and grow into a Project Manager role.

Basic knowledge of Commercial HVAC or construction processes is an asset.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
