**Newport Landscaping**: _We are searching for a motivated, detailed Garden Maintenance Crew Leader who’s willing to take on new challenges and join our growing team._

**Newport Landscaping, established in 2006, is a design/build firm with a landscape maintenance division, based out of Vineland, ON. Our organization's continued success and accelerated growth is due in large part to the investments we've made in our employees, in our equipment, and the long-term relationships we've developed with our clients.**

**EXPERIENCE/TASKS**:

- Manage a crew of 2-3 gardeners, provide direction, be able to train new employees as needed.
- Extensive horticulture knowledge
- Attend to sites across the Region in a company vehicle, service sites
- Loading and unloading tools/equipment
- Coordinating with other crews and management to complete tasks
- Reporting of daily duties and ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly
- Weed gardens
- Edging
- Pruning/trimming shrubs
- Mulching garden beds
- Work independently
- Team player
- Spring and Fall clean up
- Switch over to snow removal/salting in winter months (ON CALL)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
