**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- While not delivering, assist with meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes as directed by the cook or chef.
- Deliver food during tiffin services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations.
- Help stock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that all items are stored properly.
- Support cooks during busy service periods by providing timely assistance with various kitchen tasks.
- Participate in inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
- A passion for cooking and an interest in the culinary arts is a plus.
