Inbound Squad is a marketing agency in Edmonton, Alberta, specializing in digital and inbound marketing services in the dental and healthcare industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Google Ads, Web Development & CRM Specialist to join our team

As a Google Ads, Web Development & CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, developing and maintaining client websites, and managing client CRM systems to ensure effective customer relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversions across various platforms and networks
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Manage Google Ads budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and continuously refine strategies to improve ROI
  • Prepare quarterly Google reports and provide recommendations to clients and management
  • Design, develop, and maintain our company and client websites to ensure a positive user experience
  • Manage website development projects from conception to completion, including design, coding, integration of third-party tools and plugins, web hosting, and DNS management.
  • Ensure website functionality and responsiveness across different browsers and devices, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
  • Collaborate with internal team members to produce ad creatives, develop landing pages and website content that align with campaign objectives and enhance user experience
  • Monitor and maintain our CRM system, including data entry, segmentation, and customization of workflows and reports to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide training and support to internal users on CRM usage and best practices, and troubleshoot any technical issues or system integrations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools and best practices in Google Ads, web development, and CRM to recommend innovative strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members and external agencies as needed to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of driving measurable results and optimizing for ROI
  • Strong web development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in data management, customization, and reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging ad copy and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in all deliverables
  • Proactive, self-motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, passionate about learning and staying updated on industry best practices and trends, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools such as Notion
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting tools such as Databox
  • Ability to work cohesively with team members and quickly adapt within a constantly changing work environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
