Milton, Canada Southside Paint & Wallpaper Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Southside Paint & Wallpaper. As a key member of our sales team, you will assist customers in finding the perfect products for their painting, decorating, wallpaper needs and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on paint, wallpaper, stains, window coverings, and more.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and process credit card payments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and advancements in paint, wallpaper, stains, and window coverings.

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Commute reliably to work
- 1+ years experience in the industry
- Interior Design Diploma/Certificate
- Must be able to lift 5 gallon pail of paint (50+ lbs)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Milton, ON L9T 0J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
