Finish Sprayer

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain and clean spray equipment after use to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members in the assembly and fabrication processes as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively during the spraying process.
- Assist in basic machining tasks as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
