We are currently searching for a taskmaster and communication rockstar that is well organized to be our new **Service Advisor. As a service advisor with us you** will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and living our mission statement of creating memories with every customer interaction.

- Previous related customer service experience of 3-5+ years is a **MUST** for you to shine
- Speak and communicate in English is required

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, communicating diagnostic results and advise on repair solutions
- Complete follow-up and oversight of new retail purchase builds
- Increase and maximize retail service and parts sales
- Submit warranty claims and explain warranty coverage to customers

**Salary**: $18 - $20 Hourly plus Commissions and Bonuses

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
