**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in daily food prep
- Take food inventory, order with suppliers and receive/store all kitchen-related items
- Execute recipes efficiently according to established specifications and presentation standards
- Manage daily cafe kitchen operations
- Train new kitchen staff and execute daily shift planning
- Comply with the restaurant's cleanliness & food safety rules, as well as high sanitary standards and hygiene measures

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Min 2 years of experience of cooking, kitchen experience or cafe management
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism under pressure
- Passion for food and culinary excellence
- Must live in the Greater Montreal area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
