Position: Administrator
Report to: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote

Responsibility Statement:
Administrative position with the company's Independent Consultant program, supporting all of the IC members.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

- Process agent etrips and producing client statements
- Work closely with suppliers to support the Independent Consultants
- Verify commission statements for Independent Consultants
- Various administrative duties to assist the Independent Consultant program
All other duties as assigned by management.

Education
- Travel/Tourism school diploma or equivalent related travel industry experience
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, in English and in French (an asset)
Knowledge of products offered by TravelBrands Inc.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of TTS/Chaos/Sabre (preferable)
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Logical and analytical thinking
Experience
- Over one year and up to and including three years on-the-job experience and/or performing similar duties required
