OT Group is seeking a **Level** 2 IT Support Technician** to join and contribute to our Technical Team. As part of this role, you’ll be supporting our customers with their complex IT needs. You’ll have the opportunity to help build systems, networks, and provide maintenance along the way.

**This role is an in-office role at our Belleville, Ontario location**, and supporting our local customers at their office locations.**

**What **You’ll** Be Doing**:

- Engaging directly with our customers in their environments, we delve into their unique IT requirements and provide tailored support solutions either remotely or on-site.
- Support complex computer networks and their operating systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation issues with efficiency and expertise.
- Crafting straightforward computer network designs to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Offer strategic guidance on workstation and network hardware placement, optimizing setup for maximum efficiency.
- From installation to ongoing support, configure and maintain network operating systems to sustain peak performance.
- Implementing appropriate protocols, we establish and sustain communication networks tailored to our clients' specifications.

**Who **We’re** Looking For**:

- Detailed experience with Windows operating system is a must, along with strong experience with networks.
- Someone who has Microsoft, Cisco, A+ or Network+ Certifications.
- An education in IT, ideally with a College Diploma or University Degree.
- Experience working in an IT support environment (minimum 2 years).
- A strong communicator, both verbally and written.
- Someone who sees problem-solving as an opportunity, willing to learn and grow
- Willingness to travel to our customer locations to provide IT support (a valid G License and vehicle are required).
