Position**:Design Review Assistant**
As a member of our talented team, you'll be at the forefront of our team mission, to develop and uphold the highest standards of design quality in new subdivisions, site plan review and building design review. Collaborating with municipalities, builders, and designers, you'll play a pivotal role in reviewing and refining residential neighborhoods to create vibrant, attractive communities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate and provide commentary on builders’ architectural plans, elevations and site plan layouts.
- Develop Plans, Figures and Graphics to optimize streetscape design excellence.
- Produce fee proposals for developers/builders, shaping the future of our communities and neighborhoods.
- Assist in the formulation of Design Guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence in every project.
- Forge strong connections with builders, Municipal Staff, and Designers to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Conduct site visits throughout the GTA, ensuring adherence to our high standards.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
As a valued member of our team, you'll bring:
- An appreciation of design excellence in architecture, urban design, and planning.
- Proven experience in low to-mid-rise residential architecture, demonstrating your understanding, expertise and design judgement.
- An understanding of GTA residential design and market trends.
- Strong project management, organizational, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in all Adobe Suite programs, Microsoft Word and other graphic programs.
