**Position Summary**:
Yupana Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking skilled **Maintenance Technicians** with experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecom infrastructure, including fiber optics, network equipment, and power systems. Proficient in **preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs** of telecom towers, antennas, and cabling to ensure seamless connectivity and mínimal downtime. Dedicated to efficiency, reliability, and maintaining high service standards.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and pinpoint faults in underground cables, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning equipment.
- Identify and locate underground cables.
- Analyze test results and manually or using software and test equipment, adjust, modify, or change amplifiers.
- Troubleshoot the Rogers system.
- Excavate, backfill, and compact earth using hand tools such as shovels and rakes.
- Utilize hand tools, including drills, signal meters, and tablets.
- Install pipes by digging trenches with shovels and other necessary tools.
- Operate small power tools like compaction jumping jacks, cut saws, air compressors, etc.
- Handle and distribute construction materials, including loading and unloading supplies and equipment, and ensure work sites are clear of debris.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with the Rogers RF Coaxial system.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with service drop installations.
- Ability to read and interpret underground Telco designs is advantageous.
- Knowledge of underground utilities is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting utility locates is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
