Brass Lion Entertainment has employees based in New York City, Montréal, and remote locations across Canada and United States.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and help define pipelines and processes between internal team and external partners
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including defining timelines for asset delivery
- Work closely with Outsourcing Producer to negotiate contracts, set up Statement of Works and tracking of invoices
- Work with internal Art Director on project objectives and strategic goals
- Monitor the performance of the outsourcing partner and ensure that they are meeting the agreed-upon standards
- Receive and verify project deliverables / drops
- Provide and deliver art feedback to external partners
- Research and evaluate potential outsourcing partners, including performing due diligence on vendors and their capabilities
- Manage and maintain the overall art external budget and assist with budget estimates
- Provide guidance and training to staff on outsourcing policies and procedures
- Work closely with Outsourcing Producer to make sure all art outsourcing needs for studio is covered

**Required Qualifications**
- Significant experience working in a similar role within the games industry, or one that gave you the skills to operate in it (concept, vfx, character/creature 3D modeling, props and environment)
- In depth understanding of art pipelines and how they can work with external partners
- Authorization to work in the US or Canada.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Ability to reliably communicate and produce content in a self-disciplined remote work environment
- Excellent communication skills to manage both external partners, as well as when interacting with the internal art team.
- Excited to build a strong network of external partners
- Comfortable being the expert on all things art outsourcing

**Desired Qualifications**
- A deep interest in Anime art
- Strong technical background

**Salary Transparency**: The standard base pay range for this role is USD$100,000 - USD$130,000 Annual (CDN$110,000 - CDN$140,000). Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
