The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for the organization and implementation of the TAC Aquatics programs and lessons. Duties include ensuring the program's safety, overseeing staff, maintaining good relations with Swimmers and parents and administering the daily operations of the program.
TAC Aquatics is hiring for:
**Summer Camp Details**:
Our Summer Camps run weekly from June 27th-September 2nd from 8:30am-4:30pm. We are hiring coaches/instructors for the following camps:

- Midtown Toronto
- North York
- Thornhill
- Vaughan
- Richmond Hill
- Aurora
- Markham
- Etobicoke

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing a fun, safe and effective environment for Swimmers
- Providing clear responsibilities and instructions to the program support staff, instructors and lifeguards
- Manage and oversee groups during the session
- Working with the admin team to keep attendance and all swimmer information updated.
- Overseeing the development of instructors and providing insight into effective methods of instructing
- Providing on-the-job training, support and encouragement for volunteers
- Ensuring volunteers are resourced with all they need to perform their roles effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children aged 4-12 for a minimum of 1 year - 2 years
- Effective communication skills, computer skills, teamwork, personable, positive
- Standard First Aid & CPR C
- Valid Instructor Certification (Red Cross, Lifesaving Society or other recognized body)
- Valid Lifeguard certification

**Compensation**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
