**Responsibilities**

As a Mortgage Agent with Swivel Mortgage Group, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the mortgage process smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Assessing clients' financial situations and recommending suitable mortgage solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborating with lenders to secure competitive rates and favorable terms for clients.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, mortgage products, and regulations to provide expert advice.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Mortgage Agent License in Ontario
- Proven track record in mortgage sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry guidelines, and lending procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- High level of integrity and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- mortgage: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
