**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and expert advice on our cannabis products. Your passion for cannabis and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a welcoming atmosphere in our dispensary.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about various strains, products, and their effects.
- Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash handling.
- Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and making tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages such as Spanish or French.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Leadership qualities that contribute to a positive team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes is beneficial but not required.
- A genuine interest in cannabis culture and products is highly valued.

Pay: $17.30-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
