**Position Overview**

We are currently hiring for a **Dishwasher / Service Team Support** position. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining room. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, operating dishwashing equipment, and supporting the team with light kitchen or service tasks as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the inner workings of a fine-dining restaurant while contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools.
- Keep the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with light food preparation tasks (e.g., washing or chopping vegetables) when required.
- Support the service team with restocking, polishing glassware and cutlery, and other tasks during peak periods.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with both kitchen and service staff to maintain a smooth flow during service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen support role is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and good communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
