**Responsibilities**
- Unload goods from trucks, check for any visible damage of crates, checking to ensure they match delivery documents (eg bill of lading, shipping invoice, delivery note); check products to confirm quantity and ensure working order; receive goods into warehouse within 24h and label
- Store goods via designated system and arrange items to avoid damage or wear and tear
- Prepare parts and equipment for shipping per priority; pull parts and consolidate per order, wrap and box with appropriate packing materials following appropriate product safety protocols, correctly label, take photos, move to delivery area, communicate weights and dims to logistics
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs by following procedures, regulations and organizational standards
- Use company's inventory control system to check orders against original purchase documents and ensure that shipment contents are double-checked for accuracy
- Conduct cycle count per inventory control directions
- Maintain lift truck with preventive maintenance requirements and arrange for repairs
- Raise awareness of any faults in warehouse equipment, particularly if these pose a threat to workers' health and safety
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; daily discards unusable packing materials arranging for disposal as needed
- Continually looks for and makes corrections to safety issues; ensures all spills are immediately cleaned
- Record stock movements (picking, shipping and receiving) in the ERP within 24 hours
