Leverage your skills within a big name in art, hobby and DIY equipment. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, your role will be to drive contact strategy to ensure the performance of our CRM activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with different team members regarding content strategy ;
- Work closely with our BI Analyst in creating personalized and opportunistic CRM campaigns ;
- Test and program newsletters ;
- Ensure the appropriate data is pulled into the database ;
- Conceive and analyze reports and KPI’s ;
- Structure A/B tests to optimize campaigns ;
- Propose development strategies for content hyperpersonalization and recommend products with help from external partners.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Work experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud ;
- Knowledge of HTML and SQL;
- Experience with e-commerce operations (asset);
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
