- Troubleshoot/repair various system components (heads/valves/piping).
- Assist in the installation of modifications to existing systems or the addition of new systems.
- Assist in the implementation of the turf maintenance program (top dressing, seeding, turf repair, laying sod).

Qualifications:

- You
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of automated/manual commercial irrigation systems
- Certified Irrigation Technician status (Landscape Ontario) or equivalent is an asset
- Familiarity with plumbing techniques and materials as well as turf maintenance equipment operation and practices
- Individuals that are able to meet the physical requirements of the job including bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools and working in various weather conditions (must be able to lift, pull and push 20kg)
- Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved safety footwear
- People that are able to work cooperatively in a team setting
- Availability to work 6:00am-2:30pm spring, summer and fall and possible shifts from 12am to 9am during the irrigation season (Monday-Friday) and occasional weekends
