We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Specialist**to join our team in **Langford**. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation and support all aspects of our flooring business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Tag and inventory products correctly
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with mínimal errors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment
- Schedule and manage freight bookings (incoming and outgoing)
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely release to customers
- Cut carpet to customer specifications
- Load and unload trucks and assist with customer pickups

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or supervisory role
- Strong computer and inventory management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Valid forklift certification

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
