**About the Opportunity**:
As a member of the team, the Physician Assistant (PA) reports to the Primary Supervising Physician and functions within a dynamic collaborative care team. Under the supervision of an Emergency Department Physician, the PA will provide general medical and surgical care to patients with a wide variety of traumatic injuries, acute conditions, and elective surgical disorders. This position will offer the PA an opportunity to work to full scope of practice as outlined in the agreement between the primary supervising physician and the PA.

**About You**:

- Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA), granted by the Physician Assistants Certification Council of the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants
- Three to five years of professional experience in a similar related academic health care environment
- Experience in the Emergency Department preferred

**Hours of Work**:

- Permanent Full-time, 75 hours bi-weekly

**Salary Information**:
$40.27 - $53.51 Hourly
