As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Tim Hortons, delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly smile. You'll play a key role in keeping the restaurant clean and organized, ensuring every food and beverage meets our high-quality standards. From greeting guests and preparing orders to maintaining a safe and clean environment, your positive attitude and commitment will make a lasting impact on every guest's experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests promptly with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly attitude.
- Accurately take and repeat orders to ensure correctness.
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen.
- Ensure all food products are kept at the correct temperatures and follow safety guidelines.
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints, ensuring resolution.
- Use proper sanitation practices, including handwashing and cleaning duties.
- Work efficiently and maintain speed of service to meet guest needs, especially during busy periods.
- Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.
- Previous experience in Quick Service is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.
