Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal (with potential for year-round work)

We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a small crew on both hardscape and softscape projects. If you're passionate about outdoor work, enjoy mentoring a team, and know how to keep things running smoothly and safely on-site, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading a landscaping crew of 2-3 people on installation projects
- Overseeing both hardscape (pavers, retaining walls, natural stone) and softscape (planting, sod, mulch, soil) installations
- Reading and interpreting project plans or work orders to ensure accuracy
- Operating and maintaining trucks, landscaping tools, and equipment
- Communicating daily with the Landscaping Install Manager and providing project updates
- Ensuring the crew meets expectations for quality, efficiency, and safety
- Holding team members accountable to company policies and work standards
- Training and mentoring team members to help them grow in their roles
- Managing jobsite timelines, materials, permits, and equipment needs
- Attending daily huddles and weekly safety meetings
- Completing paperwork, reports, and documentation daily

Work Environment:

- Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, dust)
- Physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Working around heavy equipment and vehicles
- Fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling and occasional weekend work

What We’re Looking For:

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in landscape installation, including hardscape and softscape
- Proven leadership experience in landscaping or construction
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, specs, and work orders
- Knowledge of landscape materials, tools, and techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities
- Able to speak, read, and write in English
