**Position Summary**

As a **Sales Associate**, you are the first point of contact for our customers—both in person and over the phone. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, fashion-conscious, and passionate about providing superior customer service. You will help clients find eyewear that fits their vision needs and lifestyle, while supporting the overall operations of the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on eyewear and contact lenses
- Assist customers in selecting the best eyewear options based on their needs and preferences
- Perform front desk administrative tasks, including scheduling and data entry
- Update and maintain accurate patient records and document filing
- Register patients, verify OHIP coverage, and manage recalls
- Process insurance claims and follow up with providers as necessary
- Maintain store cleanliness and support effective product displays

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills and ability to process transactions accurately
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Previous experience in an optical or healthcare setting is an asset (but not required)
