Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers and Personal Support Workers to join our family. Our mission is to enhance the lives of the seniors throughout our community. We strive to provide the best non-medical quality of care allowing seniors to remain in their homes as they face the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

**Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
- Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders
- Alzheimer's Care
- Ability to treat for seniors and their property with respect
- Ability to communicate with seniors in a friendly manner
- Provide Vulnerable Sector Screening at your local police station
- Complete Driver's Abstract (For driving CAREGivers)
- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Skills and training to be provided by Home Instead

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Retention bonus

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Grimsby, ON (preferred)
