Le Coordonateur en marketing est une personne créative et bien organisée qui planifie et exécute une grande variété d'activités de marketing, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le développement et la modification de l'emballage des produits (sacs, boîtes et présentoirs de point de vente), les communications internes et externes, ainsi que le développement et la gestion de la communauté sociale. Il travaille de manière semi-autonome, fait preuve d'un esprit d'entreprise et coordonne les ressources internes et externes pour atteindre ses objectifs. Le respect des délais et la précision sont de la plus haute importance.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Superviser la conception et le développement des emballages
- Communications internes et externes
- Médias sociaux
- Publicité
- Signalisation
- la formation
- Organisation et présentation de dégustations mensuelles
- Participation aux sessions de planification de l'innovation des nouveaux produits et aux discussions créatives
- Réunion mensuelle sur l'emballage
- Soutien aux salons professionnels (conception de stands et d'actifs)
- Soutien à l'équipe de marketing et au plan de marketing annuel

**Compétences/Qualifications et Etudes**:

- Avoir un diplôme universitaire en marketing ou équivalent
- 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire, cosmétique ou pharmaceutique
- Être polyvalent tout en restant flexible et capable de gérer les priorités
- Posséder des capacités d'organisation et de planification
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (orale et écrite) Être méticuleux et avoir le sens du détail
- Être familier avec la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel et PowerPoint
- Être motivé pour apprendre et présenter une excellente attitude
- Aimer travailler en équipe avec des personnes et des services différents.
- Le bilinguisme est requis (français et anglais).

The Marketing Coordinator is a well-organized, creative individual who plans and executes a wide variety of marketing activities including but not limited to the development and modification of product packaging (bags, boxes and POS displays), internal and external communications, and social community development and management. They will work semi-autonomously, employ an entrepreneurial spirit, and coordinate internal and external resources to accomplish their goals. Timeliness and accuracy are of the utmost importance.

- Monthly tasting organization and presentation
- Participate in new product innovation planning sessions and creative discussions
- Monthly packaging meeting
- Tradeshow support (booth & asset design)
- Support marketing team and annual marketing plan

**Skill/Qualifications & Education**:

- Have a university degree in marketing or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in the food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry
- Be versatile while remaining flexible and able to manage priorities
- Possess organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be motivated to learn and present a great attitude
- Enjoy working in a team with different people and departments
- Bilingualism is required (French and English)
