We are looking for a
**System Integration Specialist** based in the Vancouver area. This will be a hybrid position - we are a tight knit team and enjoy collaborating in-person.

We are a cross-functional team that is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our product with various customer environments. We follow big-data flow from various sources into Imperva’s data lake. You will explore, monitor, report and debug systems running on local & cloud environments. **The Opportunity**:

- Explore, Integrate and Verify various data sources with our products.
- Investigate and resolve any issues arising from the integration of data sources and our products
- Collaborate with various local and global teams on identifying issues and resolving them.
- Take ownership of various projects and efforts involving multiple teams.
- Take on the customer’s point of view and make our products even better.
- Create, update and review technical documentation.
- Plenty of room for growth and progress within the team and company for those who have the right attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- College graduate with an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

**Preferred qualifications - Knowledge in any of the following is an advantage**:

- Knowledge or/and experience working with various Databases (SQL/no-SQL), File systems and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AliCloud).
- Experience in a tech environment (development, QA, support).
- Programming experience: Bash, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience composing, editing or reviewing technical documentation.
- Linux is your go-to operating system
