**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver **interactive STEM lessons** in Science, Math, Technology, and Engineering
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families
- Contribute to a **positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or near completion)
- 1-3 years of teaching or tutoring experience, either in Canada or internationally
- Proven knowledge of the Ontario curriculum for Grades 3-8, with the ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for STEM education and inspiring young learners

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive pay**:$18-$22/hr**, based on experience
- Flexible part-time schedule (evenings and weekends)

**Schedule**:

- Weekday evenings: 3 PM-8 PM
- Weekends: 10 AM-5 PM (as needed)
