**JOB SUMMARY**:
Joining our construction team, the role of the Pool Installation Expert is pivotal in realizing our company's vision, policies, and objectives, all under the guidance of the Site Foreman. The primary responsibility of this position involves collaborating with our team to efficiently carry out various construction tasks on-site, encompassing preparation, execution, safety protocols, and post-construction cleanup. Furthermore, the Pool Installation Expert is tasked with providing support to the Site Foreman in ensuring the seamless progression of all activities on the job site, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects.
As a Pool Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of pool construction projects. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining various tools and machinery on site, handling heavy materials, and adhering to instructions from supervisors. We are seeking individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship, even during extended hours and weekends.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the Site Foreman to ensure efficient project execution.
- Plan and prepare for each workday by acquiring necessary tools and materials.
- Maintain high standards of construction and workmanship quality.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery.
- Mix and transport pool materials using wheelbarrows.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
- Load and unload construction materials safely.
- Assist in earth removal, filling, or compaction as required.
- Construct swimming pools and perform concrete finishing on pool pads.
- Install plumbing and pool equipment.
- Perform site cleanups to ensure safety and organization.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (preferably).
**Requirements**:
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in all weather conditions.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, punctual, and dependable.
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
- General construction knowledge and power tool usage skills are beneficial.
- Ability to lift at least 25 kilograms (55 pounds).
