**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and student learning objectives.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote critical thinking skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student development.
- Maintain a supportive and encouraging atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Adapt teaching methods for students with special education needs or different learning styles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a classroom setting.
- Ability to educate and inspire children of various ages and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer software and educational tools for effective teaching.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on student availability.
