**We are seeking Registered Nurses**
**Fairview Clinic**
**Part-Time role**

**About the Program**:
The Fairview clinic is located at Fairview Health Centre, 5 Fairview Mall Dr, Suite 108. North York, ON. The hour of operation is 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, open 7 days a week. It is an appointment-based clinic, and only patients that are admitted to the HCCSS system or referred by a hospital can visit the clinic. Nurses will work either an 8- or 12-hour shift, and bi-weekly weekend rotation. This is a shift nurse opportunity, and no traveling is required.

**About the role**:
The nurses will provide services like wound care, IV therapy, injections, removal of PICC lines, chemo disconnections, and more. For new clients/referrals, an appointment can be approximately 40-45 minutes, and for returning clients, around 20 minutes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Membership of your Professional Association preferred (RNAO/WeRPN).
- RN diploma/degree or RPN diploma from a recognized university or college.
- Hold a valid First Aid or CPR Certification.
- A moderate level of wound care or venipuncture knowledge and experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of community nursing is an asset.
- Emergency Department (ER) or ICU nurse experience is an asset.
- Demonstrate effective communication (written and verbal) and documentation skills.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and availability for the role.
- Successful completion of the Physical Readiness Test (PRT) to ensure safe work practices are followed (transfers, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling).
