- Reporting to the Director of Curriculum Services, the Programs Administrator support internal curriculum databases, manage relationships with third-party providers, and oversee program-related documentation and communication. The role also involves sourcing textbooks, negotiating terms with publishers, maintaining the Programs Tuition and Fees (PTF) database, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies._

**Responsibilities**
- Textbook Sourcing and Management:

- Assist Program Curriculum Administrators in sourcing appropriate textbooks for courses.
- Negotiate terms and maintain ongoing communication with textbook publishers.
- Database Management:

- Update and maintain the Programs Tuition and Fees (PTF) database.
- Work with the FAST Director and Campus Financial Administrators (FA’s) to ensure the accuracy of the Books Inventory System (BIS).
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Collaborate with the Director, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, to prepare submissions for the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) for new programs and program changes.
- Respond to additional PTIB requests as needed.
- Liaise with relevant governing Regulators to gather program-specific constraints, criteria, and approved badging (excluding healthcare programs).
- Assist with preparing Regulator submissions and reports when required.
- Internal Communication:

- Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and external partners regarding program status (Healthcare excluded).
- Ensure all relevant internal stakeholders are informed about PTIB and regulatory requirements for each program.

**Qualifications and Education**
- Post Secondary Education preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of related working experience required

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and/or database systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and problem-solve when required.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
