Location: Mississauga

**Experience: 6+ yrs**

**Skills and Experience**:
**Must have**:

- 5+ years of **Project Management** Experience
- 5+ years of **Product Owner** Experience
- 3+ years of **AEM or Digital Marketing Experience**
- 5+ Years of **Leading Cross functional teams**
- 3+ years of **Agile Experience** - as a PM, PO or SCM
- 2+ years of **E commerce** Experience
- Excellent Communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Stakeholder Management - Internal and External
- Effective Escalation handling

**Nice to have**:

- Reporting to Senior Leadership - Steering Committees, SVPs, VPs and Directors
- Exposure to Agile Tools - ADO
- Certifications : PMP, CAPM, CSM, Safe etc.
- Exposure to Product Management
- Utilize Adobe CMS to simplify delivering digital experiences

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$117,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5B 1M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Experience Manager: 3 years (preferred)
