Front Desk, Water Lab

Are you friendly, organized, and looking to join a fast-paced retail environment? We are PRESTIGE Pools & Spas, a locally owned pool and hot tub company seeking a **Front Desk, Water Lab & Social Media Associate** to join our team.

This is a **customer-facing role** that’s perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has experience in retail sales or cash handling, and wants to be part of a dynamic, seasonal business.

**Social Media Management**:

- Create and schedule engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Develop consistent posting schedules to keep our audience engaged
- Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and promotions
- Provide consistent updates on social media to promote events, sales, and new products

**Front Desk Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions
- Provide basic support at the water lab, including water sample intake and testing (training provided)
- Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness of the showroom, and help with product displays
- Assist with day-to-day operations at the front desk, including answering phones and taking messages
- Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to deliver excellent customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Previous **retail or customer service experience** required
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/debit transactions
- Friendly, professional, and dependable with strong communication skills
- **Must have Social Media skills**:

- Must be available to work Tuesday
- Friday 10 am to 6pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5pm.
