Corey Craig Group is looking for a **Maintenance Team Member** to join their team.

Corey Craig Group is a leading retail customer hospitality organization with thirty-five Tim Hortons locations, four Wendy’s locations, four Shell Gas and Convenience stores, Holiday Inn Express hotel, Hyatt Place hotel, IHOP and Carrabba’s among other professional business operations. **Job Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs of appliances
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs such as repair drywall, paint, carpentry work, preventative maintenance on equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance including checking belts, filters and overall operational systems
- Cleaning and moving of equipment, systems and properties

**Must have qualifications**:

- General knowledge of various areas of maintenance (including carpentry, plumbing, electrical) - previous experience in a building maintenance position is strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong knowledge and ability of working with various tools
- Valid driver’s license with a current driver’s abstract
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle heavy loads as this can be physically demanding
- Work well in a Team environment or on own
- Good organizational skills
- Open to constant learning
- Must be available on a scheduled rotation including evenings and weekends and on-call
