**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**: This position is located at the Simcoe/Norfolk Regional Campus, 634 Ireland Road, Simcoe, Ontario and will require on-site presence.**Note**: This is a regular part-time Support position (up to 24 hours per week).
- ** **Part-time Support Staff employees, as defined by the part-time Support Staff Collective Agreement, will be given first consideration.**Duties**: Reporting to the Associate Dean, the incumbent provides support for the academic and administrative functions of the Simcoe/Norfolk Regional Campus. Duties include reception, customer service, registration, data entry, and back-up to various areas of the campus during peak times as needed. This position may also support special projects and other initiatives at the campus.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a computerized office performing a customer service focused role; preferably in a post-secondary environment
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Excellent computer (MS Office), communications, organizational, and customer service skills required
- Ability to work independently and as a team
