Server/bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable server/bartender to join our team at Best Western Plus Leamington. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. **Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Create and maintain a clean and organized bar/dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer intake of alcohol and prevent overconsumption
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Must have a valid smart serve

**Salary**: $16.55-$16.56 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
