Don’t search anymore** This is a **live-in position**, and **on-the-job training will be provided** to support your success in the role. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Administrative office duties; - Show vacant apartments to prospective residents; - Leasing experience - Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors; - Prepare apartments for new residents; - Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections; - Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance; - Other grounds maintenance; - Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly; - Always maintaining positive safety and security; - Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies; - Maintain fire safety and winter logs; - Follow an "on call" schedule; - Other duties as assigned by Manager **Essential Skills**: - Customer Service - Experienced Individual in Administration; - Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman Skills - Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset; - Oral communication; - Working with others; - Minimum of 2 years of experience
