As our Access Operations Supervisor, you will manage Records Center and Transportation Specialists who maintain, process and transport confidential and secure documents. You will be a key part of our fast-growing company in delivering the very best customer experience to our clients.
**Your Daily Responsibilities**_:_**
- Evaluate, plan and supervise the operations to accomplish the required outcomes in accordance with customer and business commitments;
- Exert your leadership while respecting the vision and values of the organization;
- Manage your team’s performance utilizing KPI’s, etc.;
- Monitor and analyze all opportunities to cost savings and drive efficiencies;
- Perform administrative functions such as printing delivery receipts, creating reports, maintaining inventory, managing the destruction process, authorizing vehicle rentals and facilitating Perm-Outs;
- Ensure facility, as well as all vehicles, are safe and clean and follow through on any repairs or maintenance as needed;
- Identify, receive and manage customer requirements and concerns, taking ownership and appropriate action ensuring customer requirements are met;
- Drive the implementation and follow-up on all Training, Compliance, Health and Safety policies and initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects in collaboration with the Senior Market Leader.
**Education and Qualifications**
- A college diploma or university degree in management, administration or logistics an asset.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in a warehouse environment.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent leadership qualities with good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proven skills in time management and ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and drive results with minimum supervision.
- Ability to adhere to and enforce all safety and security procedures.
- Must have the ability to guide and train team members on daily activities.
- Must be able to climb stairs and use tools to maneuver materials.
- Strong knowledge of the British Columbia Occupational health and Safety Act and Regulations.
- Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, many client contractual requirements require that Access Team Members be fully vaccinated in order to service those client accounts. Accordingly, Access requires that all new team members be fully vaccinated._
