About the Position: We are seeking a talented Part-time "Customer Sales Representative" with strong communication skills, exceptional commitment to work and who enjoys serving clients while working in a busy and team-oriented environment. Position is Part-Time, Normal Office hours of 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Answer phones and respond to Customer requests - Receive and sort mail and packages for mailbox holders - Process package drop-offs and pick-ups - Assist customers with processing shipping forms and customs invoices - Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues through efficient communication and excellent client service **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**: - Strong written and oral communication skills, with pleasant and professional phone etiquette - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent organizational skills - Team player **Salary**: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour **Experience**: - Customer Service: 1 year (preferred) Job Duties: - Answer incoming customer inquiries - Record and modify customer information within the database - Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns - Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Work remotely - No **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 10 per week **Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour **Benefits**: - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Tips COVID-19 considerations: Social distancing measures Enhanced cleaning Protecting shields and required PPE are provided **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: One location
