We have partnered with Rogers Communications to bring high-quality internet solutions directly to residential customers, and we are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Rogers Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in executing high-impact sales campaigns while building a rewarding career from the ground up. Responsibilities of a Rogers Sales Associate
- Engage directly with prospective customers in assigned residential neighborhoods to promote and sell Rogers internet service packages
- Confidently explain product features, benefits, and competitive advantages as a knowledgeable Rogers Sales Associate
- Plan and execute daily sales routes to maximize outreach and consistently achieve performance goals
- Build trust-based relationships with customers through professional, personable, and solution-focused interactions
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend customized internet solutions that align with customer lifestyles
- Accurately complete sales documentation and enter customer information to ensure a smooth enrollment process
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and daily team meetings to continuously develop sales and communication skills
- Share insights with leadership regarding customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications of a Rogers Sales Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, positive attitude with the ability to perform in a goal-driven sales environment
- Professional presence and commitment to representing both Pure Managing Partners and Rogers Communications with integrity
- Driven to meet and exceed sales goals with a results-oriented approach
- Confident in handling customer questions and objections while delivering effective solutions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support sales success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $900.00-$13,000.00 per week
