**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Assist guests with the coat check process, ensuring efficiency and care.
- Hang, organize, and retrieve coats and personal items using the numerical order system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional coat check area at all times.
- Handle lost or misplaced items accurately and discreetly, completing all required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and team members to support smooth operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the guest experience and overall team success.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities, with confidence in handling guest inquiries or concerns.
- Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage changing priorities and a variable workload.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or hang coats repeatedly throughout a shift.
